Lauren serves as the legal affairs lead on original unscripted and kids & family programing for Apple TV+. Before joining Apple, Lauren served as Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at All3Media America and Senior Counsel for Business and Legal Affairs at DreamWorks Animation Television. Prior to that, Lauren lived and worked in New York City as Counsel and Assistant Vice President of SMBC Capital Markets, Inc., and as an Associate in the New York office of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson LLP.

Janice Wu

In-House Corporate Counsel

Janice Wu is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in Vancouver, Canada. She has extensive experience advising businesses on the full range of legal and commercial issues that arise in their daily operations. Janice routinely counsels clients on a wide range of transactions throughout the lifespan of a business, ranging from incorporations and corporate structuring to mergers and acquisitions. She currently serves on a municipal advisory board for the development, use, and promotion of four world-class theatres at the heart of Vancouver's entertainment scene. Prior to pursuing her legal career, she worked in development at Carnegie Hall in New York.
